How FrankiesBlox Studio X handles information

This notice applies to information processed by the FrankiesBlox Studio X app when it connects to supported social platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.

Effective: 6 August 2026Controller: FrankiesBlox Studio X

1. Who operates the app

FrankiesBlox Studio X is operated in the United Kingdom by an adult parent or guardian for the FrankiesBlox channels. Privacy enquiries can be sent by direct message to the official @frankiesblox Instagram account.

2. Information the app may process

Depending on the platform feature used, the app may process:

The app does not ask viewers to provide passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or special-category information.

3. How information is received

Information is received from the social platform through its official API or webhook service after the relevant account authorises the app. Information may also be supplied directly when a person contacts the channel.

4. Why information is used

5. Lawful basis

The app relies mainly on legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the FrankiesBlox channels and Studio X integration. Consent is used where required by law or by the relevant platform. Legal obligations may also require limited processing or retention.

6. Children

The channels may contain family-friendly content, but the app is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. Children should not submit private contact details or other sensitive information. A parent or guardian may contact the channel to raise a privacy concern or request deletion.

7. Sharing and processors

Information is not sold. It may be processed by the social platform that supplied it, Cloudflare for website and webhook delivery, and service providers used to host or secure the app. Information may be disclosed where required by law or needed to protect users, the channels or the service.

8. International processing

Social platforms and infrastructure providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, those providers are responsible for the safeguards described in their own privacy documentation and contractual arrangements.

9. Retention

Operational event records are normally retained for no longer than 90 days, unless a shorter period is practical or a longer period is required for security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance or an active support request. Aggregated totals that no longer identify a person may be retained longer.

10. Security

The app uses encrypted local credential storage, signed-webhook validation, access controls and duplicate-event protection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

To exercise a right, follow the data deletion and privacy-request procedure. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

12. Platform-controlled information

Deleting information from Studio X does not automatically delete the original comment, message, account or transaction held by Instagram, Facebook or another platform. Use that platform’s own controls for platform-held information.

13. Changes

This notice may be updated when the app, supported platforms or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
